Google Update or dance

Hi all

Today, i caught google in the act, it may be new year, so this months dance is probably an update

with the use of many computer internet connections worldwide, i search google for some common terms, and guess what, half of them says one thing, others say another thing, most notably, google pages obtained from EV1SERVERS are giving different results, the bottom line, inconsistency, update or dance

Well...

It seems both, somehow some pages that have never been optimized are appearing first in the results, they have done something yesterday and the day b4, then now google is from many places giving the older results, now it is giving older results n some places, and new results when queried from ev1 servers.

i do not know what is happening, mostly i think the mass crawl was finished on the 27th or 28th since my log files on most websites was big in that period of time with not much visitors, googlebot and another bot were hovering everywhere...

now comes the 2 kinds of results, the old and the new, i am trying to make sense of things, watching traffic in real time using the IP 2 COUNTRY database in an application i developed to show me an update of countries VS terms in real time, i got some from the new update, some from the old, most from the old, but i can tell you, this dance is just getting started.

i will keep watching this update closely, i will let all of you know what happens when it happens (you can bookmark this for now and delete it later)

Takle care all
Ciaw

Oh, and i forgot to mention, i was only using the fetch results scripts all over the world to determine what datac3nters are serving where, the new results i found on http://64.233.179.104 <- google

Google indexing a great number of pages

Lately, Google has been indexing all pages from large websites that used to be semi indexed, For example, a website i know with rank 5 used to have 200,000 indexed pages out of more than one and a half million pages, now it has 1,250,000 indexed pages...

I am not sure if that will change soon, but at the time of this post, it holds ture....

I will keep everyone posted on what happens in this matter.

Niche Marketing SEO

Oh boy oh boy, results

Ok, The magic of thinking big works for me most of the time, But when the competition is so fearce, i have to admit, it takes much much longer time (im talking about years in some areas...

Anyway, I have seen and implemented an example where you are really not competing with anyone and yet getting the customers everyone is competing for....

When you have 30000 competing websites, there are usually still keywords people are looking for and not finding !

Examples, when the keywords are so many, misspellings are a great example, HOW ?

Even if a visitor gets results when he misspelled a word, he would probably end up with FEW results that are really not very optimized or linked to....

The idea is simple, Place more force on common misspellings of words

More Niche Marketing would be focused on the problem not the sollution

When people look on the internet, they are usually looking for a solution to a problem, not a solution, they often search for the problem, while websites are really optimizing the solution ! Optimize your website for the problem as well as the sollution, simply, state the various cases and scenarios of the problems where your product is needed...

This is the true niche marketing.. Good luck everyone

So if i am to advertise this i would state the problem as what should i do when the competition has all the good keywords secured, what alternative keywords should i target ?

The truth about traffic exchange

Ok, i was a big fan of traffic exchange, Now i really work harder on the SEO parts of my websites.
A FACT: i have receved close to a million hits from traffic esxchange systems and not even one sale ! (many of the ones comming from search engines do buy), The quality of traffic of such systems is really bad when you have a product for a certain limited target market,
People not even willing to see that page that is displayed in front of them, i used to know that but think that if you can get his/her attention maybe they would go ahed ! It does not look like this is the case !
Here are the ones i think bring the besttraffic, They might be good for someone who has a very general product anyone could be a potential buyer, but they are not for me !
I am selling my credits also, so if you have such a product and want to buy credits from me at half the price i got them for please go here...
